Hi quick question i have a friend who has just created her new site but is not to sure whether she can submit application to adsense, has anyone submitted a new site with no traffic to adsense before and got accepted or will she have to get traffic to the site first.

i am not experienced but i think its better to have a few hits to your site before submitting
just post your site here and there and get some click, and you can also use proxy site to click on your site
once you a few clicks go for submission

If at least a few pages are indexed by google, I believe it is OK to subscribe to AdSense. If the content is unique is even better.

There's no point of hurrying to apply for Adsense specially if your site is new. Google will only suspect if you're earning like $100 a day and your site is barely a month!

Optimize your site, build links and generate traffic to your blog or website -- and then apply for Adsense.

To be honest I don't think it matters. I submitted my application to Adsense when my site had 1 UV in 7 days and was accepted. I think the main thing Adsense look for is to see the site is in accordance with their restrictions and regulations. As long as you aren't breaking teh rules, you should be accepted :)

If the site has unique content and has been indexed by google, then she may apply for AdSense. But remember, recently Google is declining a lot of applications of new cookie cutter sites.

They wouldnt look for visitors at all - they would just see if the site design is broken or not and see if it contains adult terms etc ,. go on pal :)

nothing matter except AdSense TOS & Content Guidelines followed correctly, if there is any problem, chances of app decline will increase.

Make sure the site is indexed ( NOT hard to do ) and that it is a good quality site. Assuming this and that the content is within TOS your friend shouldn't have any problems.

It makes no sense to submit until you have some traffic and some idea of what you are doing. Even if approved you won't make any money until you have traffic. Building income streams requires a method and a plan.

It's np to install Adsense on new site. However usually traffic grows more quickly on sites without any ads...
