    I have site http://www.ex-mobile.com

and the site is indexed by yahoo and msn.

    With google I have problems.
Site is old 1 month and hasn't been indexed by google yet ..

Some tools says that it is banned .

I haven't used any kind of black hat seo.

Could you say why it is banned or why hasn't been indexed yet ?

Is all the content yours? e.g. the ringtones are zipped (I didn't download any) but it is possible that your copied content may have affected google....

I've just tried a whois lookup to see the age of your domain but it came up with a problem .... could this also be a reason???

It may just take a bit longer with Google. Work on increasing backlinks and wait...

Yep, your domain is definitely banned.

    Possible reasons:
    - The domain was previously owned by someone but then banned
    - The host you use is a known "safe house" for spammers so google doesn't index any domains on their IPs (I don't know if G would actually do this, but it would make sense)
    - Someone didn't like the news group postings about your domains (one moment it looks like you own the site, the next it's a site you "found"), or postings to bulletin boards and complained to The Big G
    - It could be related to content, as stuey mentioned. Are you sure that the content has no copyright issues?

It's possible to get re-included. Have a read of Matt Cutts' blog and you'll find a lot of posts from him banning issues and re-inclusion. This information might help you.

    search for:

    ex-mobile.com

and you'll see no link to the site.

    Now search:

    tynelife.com

and you'll see a link to the site in the following text: "If the URL is valid, try visiting that web page by clicking on the following link: tynelife.com"

I always find it strange that they will ban, yet still allow their ads on a site.

Are you still making any revenue on the ads through links alone? And if so, will they pay out for a banned site?

adsense hasn't got any thing with search ..
Domain could be banned very earlier that I bought it .
Also host where my site is could be the problem.

Posting on forums can't be the problem, because everybody could register and make some not good things for some websites (like spamming).
But could be the problem duplicated content or content that has been taken from other sites ?

My opinion that duplicated content hasn't got any thing with banning domain.
    Am i right ?

I dont know what you mean. But google check someone's site when you sign up for a google adsense account.

Did you already have an account? Either way I would find out the status of ad revenue from a banned site.
