New Shopping Comparison Website for Sale - uSpree.com

The site currently has slightly over 500 products with 50 registered merchants. This was done during the process of advertisement, but I no longer have the capital to advertise to bring visitors to the site.

This site is fairly new, and has no revenue at the moment.

There are a number of modifications that can be done to the site, such as uploading products via FTP, but do not have the programming knowledge or capital to hire a programmer to implement to the site.

I started out thinking that I can maybe help out other small/medium size merchants to advertise on uSpree.com, and maybe make some money on the side, but I'm stuck now, and it's just a headache to me.

I've invested well over $8,000 in web development, programming, and advertising combined, but I am not expecting very much in return.

Highest bidder will take it with payment via Paypal.

I will transfer the site, domain etc after payment.

Admin area can track click logs on product listings by IPs, send out emails to registered members, view stats, approved filtered out listings (the site has a URL verification system that filters out product listings with offensive content on their linked product page, which will need to be reviewed and manually approved by the admin).

What can be done to greatly improve the site:

implement ways to upload products in a more efficient manner, such as via FTP.

I've had interests from Buy.com and x10.com while I was advertising, but because I lacked this feature, I wasn't able to have them as my customers.

They has monthly budget of $10,000 each to start off, but I just didn't have the capital to make the changes...

that was a previous buyer from sedo.com (i was trying to sell the site using sedo.com before)

he signed an agreement and all that but he suddenly stopped contacting me.

legally, i am able to file a lawsuit because the agreements are supposed to be strictly binding via sedo.com, but i don't want to go through all the trouble.
