new server: not pinging with www

    hi, if someone could guide me a bit, just changed a domain to another server, a new dns, if i ping the site without www, it's working fine with the new IP, but if i ping it with the www, it still shows the old IP, do you know what could be wrong?? thanks

    you may will have an old DNS entry somewhere or it's failing to update. I would give it another 24 hours to fully resolve all the hostnames.

    Make sure you have the www set up in the new dns zone.
