new SEO trainee comes to digital point

hi, i was referred here by my seo co-worker, he is from india, and gets a lot of information from here. he was kind enough to lead me over here and learn some new tricks that he didnt get a chance to teach me while working with us. so i just want to let you guys know i am kind of experienced with SEO tactics, backlinking, press releases, content, blogs, comments / answers / forum posts

one thing i have learned: seo is a long term goal, and its best done using white hat techniques.
