there are no rules. you can do whatever you think of.
however I did not noticed any member that use black hat,
everyone are still fair.

 

I have not looked. Maybe, maybe not, but would love to see some blackhats in there to see how far they can get doing whatever they are doing.

 

I haven't spotted anything obviously black hat yet, but haven't really looked for it.

There are some really spammy sites with pop-ups, etc... My next goal is to get a site to rank at 30+ I don't know how to rank that low yet???? j/k - Hard to believe there are so many sites already.

 

Those blogs are trying blackhat, but it is not anything blackhat requiring methods that people here would not already be aware of from what I see.
