I haven't seen many queries/sales threads for SSL or e-comm solutions. But you can list your ecom website is B/S/T section under the Sites for sale. If you are selling a solution you could list it under parent B/S/T section.
I think he is talking about the solutions related to ssl and e-commerce development programming.!! One can posted question in general Programming section.
SSL would be Server Administration general e-commerce can go in General Business. E-commerce solutions in CMS. Programming specific stuff indeed in Programming, e-commerce marketing in Marketing etc. etc. Every bit has its place already.
