New search results, on Bigdaddy DC

But like you, I've spent fours months working to improve the site, creating fresh content, updating old content, fine tuning any seo aspects I become aware of, searching for anything that might have triggered google to drop me, and buying ppc to try and restore some of the missing traffic (1/10 of what it was).... and all the time trying not to get demoralised. Even with a hard core of returnees, it's very very hard to be disciplined and keep working at it when most of your visitors have dried up. It would be great to allow myself to think that the end of the tunnel might be in sight!

Yup. I see that the test DC results, are now moving to some of the other DC's.

 

I'm seeing bigdaddy results on many 64.233.* datacenters. ( http://www.mcdar.net/dance/index.php )

 

I'm seeing about 60% of my jagger fatalities back to where they were or just a little lower. I'm not expecting this to stick (I can't afford to be that optimistic) but I hope it does.

not big daddy DC but results are different and cache is new.

 

me still in the 7th page in my targeted KW no change since last week .. why is that?

 

They must be different to the datacenter that the Digital Point keyword tracker uses. I'm ranking really well on those Dcs but not on the keyword tracker.

 

Okay... so all those seeing changes... has the number of pages indexed on those datacenters, droped, increased or stay the same? I went from around 1.17 million pages showing on current centers w/ only 42,000 on BigDaddy. I did get higher in the SERPs though... but only be one. I can't really go any higher.

 

The Keytracker uses the API. Don't compare live results with the KT.

If you wish to compare the KT with live results, wait 1-2 days.

 

i see that google is introducing the Big Daddy update much slower than past updates (1-2 weeks in between each data center update). Can anyone estimate when the Big Daddy Update will be complete?

I got same result with my 2 directories - Index Rated Directory and Sc2 Links Directory. It hardly had 2-5 listing in Google and now almost , all the categories have been listed as well as cached! Nice going google.

 

Seeing new results on that DC as well. Notibely indexed pages, and new ranking locations for a few of my keywords.

 

Ok, now I am getting results that have been on other DC's showing up on Big Daddy.

I am so cornfusededed now.

Im seeing number one for myself using that tool, but 13 when i do a straight google search. what does that mean for me then?

 

Also, i'm using a key word tracker that puts me at number one, but when i actually search google using the same key words im 13... hmmm.

 

Anyone else notice thier Keyword stats in Google Sitemap drop out?
