You should increase the page load speed or you cannot expect a good turnover of visitors. So optimize the site better.

 

I see your trying to give it that bing feel, look is getting there, seems a bit slow.

Nice, page is loading fast for me...but you should re-design your layout I guess.

front page design is not much suitable. try to use some different template for front page.

 

I like your design very much. I like the feel and the way it flows. The one thing I would change is the size of the writing. Make it larger so mature adults, like me can more easily read it. Otherwise, you are on a roll. Great start! Keep going and you'll develop a wonderful site.
