New Search Directory needs opinion

I think the layout and graphics looks very nice and clean. Thumbs up!

 

Yeah looking good, maybe requires some more refinement, but on the whole its very good.

I'm not too keen on dynamic urls, you could mod_rewrite them maybe, but having said that it appears Google isn't having any probs at crawling them: http://www.google.com/search?q=site:sedsearch.com

 

Seems kinda pointless without any PR showing though.

It's the only reason why I submit to a directory, because traffic from any directory is very low.

 

you can center the "We have 2,033 web pages indexed and 179 web sites listed in 80 categories" text.

push the Search box up.

change google adsense color to suit your page..

add one more category to make things even ...

Just submitted a bunch of sites. Perhaps add a top level category for shopping then I can add another. That way the categories would be even on the main page which would look better as well.

As I submitted a number of links to the same category it would have been good if there was a back button to return to the same category add url page. Just my thought anyway.

Also, I think you need to check the permissions on the co-op txt file. I see the error message that the file needs to be writable.

Yeah, definitely needs a shopping category.

Got a couple of sites I could add if you had that category.
