That is a good script. Please include domains expired before 1 day.

Every domains listed there are not available when I searched.

you can search and sort by date.
Script lists domains that are expired +-5 days from todays date.
I am planning to add more search capabilities

I don't think so. Those are very demanding scripts.

But unfortunately, every domains showing on there are registered. Most of them are on today.

willbedeleted.com gives you a list of domains that entered "Pending Delete" stage.
From my experience, domain that entered :pending Delete" status will be deleted in 1-5 days .It is good idea to backorder domain at this stage.

    According to http://www.domaintools.com/domain-help/status-codes.php

the registry sets this status after a domain has been set in REDEMPTIONPERIOD status and the domain has not been restored by the registrar. The domain will not be included in the zone. Once in this status all registrar requests to modify or otherwise update the domain will be rejected. The domain will be purged from the registry database after being in this status for 5 calendar days.

I don't believe that script is making mistakes.
It is showing fake PR because once domain is entered "Pending Deleted" stage, google may start dropping PR of this domain from some of it servers.

Some people believe that once domain is registered again, domain will get high PR again.I don't know. Can anyone confirm this?

no no, you can check on fake pr by looking up google cache for that domain.
digpagerank shows fake pageranks by red which means cache did not match the domain.
if domains still has backlinks PR will must probably be saved but if it looses then pr may go down to 0 depends on number of backlinks it lost.

But do you think parked domains loses their page rank on google?

Does google remove their cached pages if any domains are parked on sites like sedo?
