If it's a Google browser, chances are they'll gather even more info on you - whoever uses it would be very stupid.

omg..you have an idea what information is gathered already, no matter what browser you use ? Ever been on myspace...or any other site..and try to decode the encrypyted links ? I did.
If you do a base64 decode it shows a A LOT your information. Sorry for bein off-topic. I can actually write a blog about that :)

Edit: It seems Google changed ther algorithms. A few weeks ago i decoded the URLS with a simple base64 decoder, and what it showed was basically a lot of demoscopic information, incl. your income-level, whether you're single, married, male, female, straight, gay, where you are from, where most of your friends are from, your email, your email provider, your ISP, your age and MUCH MORE. Some information i couldn't even think of how they got it.

If i decode them base64 now i see some myspace URLs...but the main information is still decrypted. Anyway it contains all even possible information about you for "better targeting" of ads. Wish i could reproduce.

My thought exactly. Already Google know to much about me. Although I may be a number that is still a lot of data which I would rather they not have.
Personally I think that one day Google is going to slip up about the privacy and the amount of data they have (especially in the EU where data control and stuff like that is very strict) people are going to drop Google like its going out of fashion.

Although the Gbrowser may be good, it has to be really really good to force me to move. I like how FF works even if it does have it quirks. I like the way to works for me to make it hard for me to change it.
