I just wanted to know all the new rules which are implemented or will be implemented and "things" which can be done in BST and rest of the forum.

    Fairly new rules:
    - No asking for or offering reputation.
    - Anything worth $5 or less is a Freebie (apparently).
    - No VCC trades.
    - No currency exchanges.
    - No trying to scrounge a free review copy of something when it isn't offered in the OP.
Other rules as per the FAQ/Rules.

BST is for buying, selling or trading (swapping X for Y) although one of the sub-forums may be more appropriate in a given case. As for elsewhere:
    - No bumping.
    - No lame post padding (like 'thanks' or 'PM details plz').
    - No hijacking or sabotaging threads (don't lead a thread off topic or post comment in a sales thread).
    - No harrassing (I'm bad at this because I call a scammer a scammer and a dickhead a dickhead).
    - No complaining about infractions - even though you might have a case.

    That's about it really.

I know this already. I want to know if I can start a thread to update the members from my previous closed sales thread.

Well then that's what you should have asked in your original post. CountryBoy nicely summarized the recent rules...

It does'nt help. I had asked "katy" forum mod, But I have no reply. So I thought let mods let me know what things are allowed and what are not. It will also help other members who are very careful of not getting banned. Creating a new ID is easy, building reputation is not.

My advice would be not to start a new thread just to update your previous customers - it will have little value to the rest of us.
What you could do, assuming your first thread was closed a while ago, is open a new thread in BST with a similar offer. You could then just happen to include a small update in your opening post.

Look, this does'nt help at all. I had pm'd "katy" after thread was closed, but he/she did'nt reply. I had agreed upon buying domains names for the money they sent, and now that I have bought it I need to update them. I owe them money and I must update about the progress. There HAS to be a way.

Here is the list of domains that I bought just today, had I even a warning before closure of thread and new rules I would have not started that thread in the first place or would have had at least informed all the participants. I don't want to be termed as a scammer. This is the most dreaded thing for me anywhere, money does'nt count much to me.

"No complaining about infractions - even though you might have a case."

Now this is ridiculous. There are cases when a mod is not right, and you should review every infraction complain you receive. No one is perfect, and mod can be wrong as well.

    My account is an example.

Yesterday I made a post with affiliate link and received an infraction saying "Thread started in wrong category". The reason for infraction is not the right one, because I wasn't the author of the thread. So I've created a thread today asking why I got an infraction in "Suggestions & Feedback" forum. This sorted out quickly, because Katy explained that a mod probably made a mistake with choosing the reason for infraction.

I would be happy with that, because I agree, that was my fault. But read what happens next.

Few hours passed, and when I checked my email, I found that I got 2 more infractions. One for my thread in "Suggestions & Feedback" forum(I don't know why) and I received a SECOND infraction for the same reason(affiliate link), but now it says the correct reason, when I am looking at infractions in my account.

Can someone review the last two infractions? I respect this forum, and I want the forum to respect it's users. So far, I am just amazed with what happened.
