I actually don't think its legit. The video testimonials there are bought from fiverr dot com as i have seen those guys selling their product reviews. And traffic just cannot be bought.
agree with winappleworlds, u cant buy traffic, better do some good changes in ur sites, and do work on regular basis for good result
Start change your website for better on page optimization. Make fresh good articles, submit manualy to sites with good authority or high page rank and you will get good and targeted traffic from Google after some time, which is best traffic for sales. Do not try to build backlinks for one days, you can just damaged your website. Need a lot of effort and time but succeed is sure.
