Page Authority 2.0 is coming soon
Last year we updated the algorithm that powers Domain Authorities to help you measure the strength of your website more accurately than ever before. In our ongoing effort to provide you with great data, we'll be rolling out a similar update for Pages Authority on September 30th.

What changes should you expect?

Page Authority 2.0 will be supported by a sophisticated machine learning model incorporating modern link factors such as Spam Score and identifying link quality patterns. Trained to reflect the power of page rank in SERPs, your page's PA score will be more reliable and predict ranking potential.
Your page's PA score may fluctuate as a result of a new algorithm update on 30 September 2020. We understand these types of changes can be challenging and encourage you to communicate with stakeholders prior to changes.
As always, the true value of the PA comes in comparing your page's PA with your SERP competitors. By measuring the strength of other pages competing for the top terms, you can determine where to take action.
