This site/directory lives on natural links and traffic just look at the alexa number. This is a non-profit project, so I will only do free/very cheap promotion. People can help by listing it on their sites. I am waiting for the link whores I will take a look at it. Good question, probably better at Code Rip-offs.
lol The logo and categories gave me a good laugh. Apart from that, I think its a great idea. Lately i have been seeing more & more such issue. We all need to point out such people to clean up the environment. One more suggestion for the category. "No Follow" Where people added "no-follow' for sponsored links.
This is too funny But yes, I like the idea above. You will get a gauge of which qbc activity is the most unpopular and money for a good cause thrown in.

I am sure the categories will grow soon because there are many ways to cheat and many more innovative ways will be found to cheat. Why not add 'others' category and a 'reason for qbc nomitaion' field to the submission form ?

I like the concept and could be very useful for directories owners. But, I think your site will be attack by the QBC more any other directory. Good luck!!! I have one question: Is there any legal issue that you might have in the future?
