New Publisher Needs to Find Help Setting Up Site

I'm working on my first product to sell on ClickBank. I won't have any trouble with the product it will be a pdf ebook.

What I need is help setting up my sales page, thank you page, the link cloaking, how to deliver the book...

Basically I'll have the product and the sales copy. I'd rather pay someone to set everything up for me so I can start making sales and getting affiliates. I guess I could figure it out myself, but I'd rather work on the products and pay for the technical help.

I've searched the forum and searched online (Guru, eLance) and I don't even know what terms to search for. I'm trying to find a person or company that is familiar with and has experience with ClickBank.

Do any of you know where I could go for help on this matter? Can you recommend a firm or a person?

I could post the job on eLance, but I'd rather find someone who has a set fee to set me up.
