    Everything is perfectly aligned and the layout isn't soo bad :) I would try adding more spacing between the content/text and edges though (especially for the header area, it looks a bit tight).

    Design looks ok to me
    but I'll place the URL Box above the ads so that people can notice it more fast ;) :p and doesn't look spammy with ads :eek:

    you need to place the url box above the ads

    unless that is your only intention to get clicks on them
