They should all pass the same PR, but the only difference between an image link and a text link is that a text link has anchor text, whereas an image link has an ALT tag.
I'd imagine that more weight is given to the anchor text. But I don't know exactly how much more weight is given.

However, some of the sites offering links there, get tons of traffic. For those sites an image link may be better because a good image will get a better CTR and drive more traffic to your site.
The more traffic you get, the more chance you have of converting... and/or getting natural backlinks from some of those new visitors.
So yeah, It all depends.

The concept and the structure of the site are good. It looks easy to use, but the pricing is very expensive (eg $100 for a PR4 link). It does allow you to offer less, but it is limited to 2.5 times less which I would assume is $40 for a PR4. I believe that it is too much given others in the market.

john333, this is because of the time zones difference. Our tech support starts answering questions in half an hour. I have checked your tasks. All tasks are given to post reviews on PR 1 pages. If you don't have such pages the only way is to cancel them. There will no such tasks in the future for PR 1 and more. The system knows now that your website has only PR 0 inner pages.

Just go on bidding and wait for proposals to get new tasks. And keep asking any questions if anything is unclear
