I especially agree with you about "not being yourself" - play the part of the perfect candidate and the job is as good as yours Mind if I make a suggestion for the headline, since you're split testing? "Find Out The Secrets Of Scoring Your Dream Job!" Just makes it a bit more personal to the reader and their specific situation. Best of luck.
