New Pro Wrestling Site That Already Ranks #10 on Google for Keyword

    I'm entertaining any offers for a new site I made about one week ago.

    This site seems to have such a high potential that I thought it might be worth selling on Digital Point.

    The site for sale is www.tnawrestlingblog.com

    As you can see from a simple WhoIs lookup, it is basically brand new.

    However, the site already ranks #10 on Google for 'TNA Wrestling'. This keyword gets over 1,000 searches per day.

    For those unfamiliar with TNA Wrestling, they are the #2 wrestling promotion in the world. They air weekly on SpikeTV, at 9ET/8CT Thursday.

    I got a TNA-themed design for the site, submitted a few stories to Digg, and I already rank #10 on Google for this keyword. I was #8 a few days ago, so it will fluctuate. However, if it was this easy to take over a spot in the top 10, it shouldn't be hard to move up even more.

    On average, you will get 300-400 SE visits per month. This is assuming you don't update the site. If you have no knowledge of TNA Wrestling and don't want to write for the site every few days or so, I can keep working on the site for you at $10 per 500 words. All the current content is unique, written by solely me.

    At the moment, there is not much revenue to speak of. However, the site IS one week old ;).

    Current BIN is $275. It actually ranks #6 for TNA Wrestling. I've also been seeing AT LEAST 20 SEO hits per day.
