In addition to my standard single press release writing service, I used to offer monthly retainers specifically for press releases, which were prepaid monthly for a set number of releases (5 or 10). I've now altered that structure, so you don't have to place an order right before the start of a month, and I'm allowing bulk press release orders to be fulfilled within 45 days rather than one calendar month, giving you more time to take advantage of the offer. I've also added a 3-press release package, also at a discount over the typical $99 fee. If you'd like to order 3, 5, or 10 press releases during a 45 day period, and take advantage of these discounts, you need to prepay the total amount due via Paypal for it to take effect instantly. I accept check or money orders as well, but the release writing won't start until payment clears. Another benefit of prepaid bulk orders are that your press release will be drafted within 24 business hours as opposed to the typical 48 business hours available to single-order customers. Here's the basic payment info: Normally my press releases for single orders are a flat $99 / press release. The bulk options are as follows: 3 Press Releases - $249 (savings of $49!) 5 Press Releases - $349 (savings of $146!) 10 Press Releases - $599 (savings of $391!) You can mail a check or money order for payment to the address at www.jhmattern.com, or pay via Paypal online to . You'll then be contacted the first business day after the order is placed. The information you would need to send for each release before having them written is as follows: 1. The company / site name and URL. 2. The media contact info (full name, phone number, and email address required, mailing address being optional). 3. The hometown for the dateline. 4. The general news you're trying to promote. 5. Basic stats on the site (launch date required for all; things like number sold, number of members, etc. would/could be important depending on the type of site). 6. A general description of the site, or just link to an About page on the site if you have one. 7. The email address where release drafts should be sent. If I have further questions after receiving that info, I'll contact you on the first business day. Once I have all of the info I need from you to move forward, you'll have the release within 24 business hours. Jenn EDIT: On another note, these packages are still going to be offered on a limited basis, with anywhere from 30-50 pre-ordered press releases open at any given time, as a means of preserving enough time for my clients on consulting retainers and other consulting and copywriting work (the stuff that pays the bills ). So if you get a retainer package, you don't have to worry about there being so many others lined up that there's an overload and delays.
