Selling New Premium WordPress Niche Site On 3 Year Old Domain

Hello everyone. I have a new premium Wordpress content site in a great niche, on an aged domain, with 10 pages of 100% original content.
Photos are all wiki commons free license.

I created this site in October 2009, but it was really ugly until I redesigned it as a Wordpress site and put it in a premium theme...
Chameleon from Elegant Themes. At one point I was making a little bit of Adsense revenue (about $1.70 per day) from the site,
but that's dropped off, and now I am not even running ads on the site. In fact, it's not monetized at all. That's just not my strong suit.

This site has great potential, and I would like someone to buy it who can monetize it and possibly add content and grow the site,
because it's a very attractive design with excellent content.

All pages are indexed in Google, and there are at least a handful of backlinks to the site already.
