    how does a site like this have PR6 ?? there are only 33 active links in the directory. i'm not knocking the site at all, its just mind boggling how this site has such a high rating

    Site was registered in 2002 and became an anti-spam information and software site known as "Spam Interceptor".

    It looks like it was picked up a few months back as a dropped domain and a directory was thrown up. It still retains links from it's former days as an anti-spam site which is why there's a PR6.
