New PR4 Directory with new concept

this is my #100 post, so this post must be something special

I'd like to invite you to submit your websites to the new PR4 Reciprocal Web Directory. But this is not only common reciprocal directory.

I have linked back to your directory (because I have a dir site) and it wont let me submit my link as it cant find the recip.
