It's a nice directory. Clean design. (google ads are a bit 'over' isn't it) but it has pretty great traffic it seems . Awaiting approvals..
You have a nice pr site with good traffic (Alexa 50k). I'm sure people would like a link in your directory. I also think the ads work well imo.
