New PR for my 2 months site today! Important Questions

Hi .. i opened my 3 month old site today and it showed an increase in PR from 0 to 3!

i got a question now...
how will this benefit my site ?
will i get to see a palpable difference in traffic or serps now ?

No because this update is just for the toolbar internal pr updates daily so your pr was already counted into your serps

 

Difference in traffic starts before the PR Update. About 1 or two weeks before the update your traffic will be effected and after the PR it will be more evident. Thats just a toolbar update happening in one day

 

You can make some money by selling links to people who care about PR.

Not really! If your backlinks are of good quality, then rankings will improve and hence, traffic.

 

PR is just an indication that your hard work has paid off.

 

Selling links is going to be your biggest gain i reckon,well done on the increase.

PR don't have much affect on SERPs. You need to build relevant backlinks and add useful content in your site in order to improve SERPs.
