New poster... DP IS A GREAT RESOURCE!

Hey guys, I'm a software developer who built a very cool product (don't ALL developers think that?)

I've come here to find good resources (which I have found!) and to find ways to move my little product to the masses.

I'm very new to the whole "driving traffic to my site", etc. I am looking forward to learning, and at some point being a productive member.

I don't want this to turn into an ad for my software, so I'll just say that it's called "Pronhider" and makes pron completely hidden (even from extension/file type searches) and encyrpted.

I'm thankful for any help I can get to move forward, and have already engaged people here for web help and logos.

Well, since you asked...

It is called InviziVault (invizivault.com). It creates a hidden and encrypted vault on your PC. It is similar to products like folder lock, except that the program itself is hidden. It takes a keystroke (which you create during installation) to even get to the logon screen. Also, we have the option of using a "soft keyboard" so even a keystroke logger can be defeated.
Even a file search/file type will not allow access to the data (like some other products).

Surprisingly (for me at least) was that in addition to lawyers, consultants, etc.. it has been a big hit for those wanting to hide their "adult" content. (Which is one of the reasons i'm here.. to research how to properly leverage that market.) I'd prefer to do it via partners, as this isn't an area I am comfortable with.
