    Dont worry. It happens many time with me because of the robots.txt file so just remove the block pages and you submit the sitemap in webmaster then it will be indexed.

    You can use Fetch-As as much as you like for header analysis etc... But submitting it to the index manually too often could be considered outside of 'normal' webmaster practices. My best advice; use by all means, but use with restraint.
