New Popunder AdNetwork

I am going to open a new popunder adnetwork in coming months.
Here's what I have so far:
    - high rates, like $5 for 1k popunders from US/UK/CA/AU (you will be able to set minimal rate you're willing to accept)
    - few popunders per unique visitors(if you want of course)
    - most of sites will be approved
    - first, there will be coverage for Tier1 countries and some Tier2. I hope it will improve later.
    - fast payments and support(same as TrafficRevenue)
    - payments via PayPal, AlertPay, Payoneer

Now, the question I have: is there something more you'd like to have? :)

Minimal payout will be $5.00 USD (lower is pointless due to transaction fees).
Countries will depend on our advertisers. A package of default advertisers will cover Tier1 and some of Tier2(Western EU). More countries will be accepted as we get advertisers.

I do not really understand the question. It will be an adnetwork, you will be able to buy and sell popunders.

Oops, I understand now, you are paying publishers not advertisers. I thought you were serving the popunders and i could purchase 1k views. I reread the post and apologize!

It will be possible as well. Popunders will be category targetted, but will be quite expensive due to the advertisers we have now.

    Thank you!
To be exact, rates for US/CA/UK/AU are going to be quite high, like $5(that's the rate for publisher!).
For other countries, advertisers will be able to buy traffic at reasonable prices, like $2-$5 (market will decide). During first days or week, sales of US/CA/UK/AU traffic will be probably closed to check the real rate.

It will take some time :)
Right now I am still looking for a programmer to create all the panels and a part of the back end.
(of course, the most important part, a secret ingredient is made by me :) )

You will need to register, add your website, choose category, keywords etc. Next you will be able to paste the popunder code to your website.
Finally, your website will be approved(or not) in 24h.

When a visitor comes to your website, our script will check if there are any advertisements for the certain IP/Category pair. If there are, onclick event is linked. When the visitor clicks anything, a popunder will open with the advertisement.
Right now, backend it being built and tested.

I wonder what percentage of visitors will actually see a popunder these days. So many of them seem to have popup/popunder blockers in their browser. I'm not sure if there are any good ways around this.

This is very simple :) 90-95% (at least for countries with good coverage like US,CA,UK,AU, Western EU).
That's because onclick popups are not blocked. The only way to block it is to use AdBlock(with filter for our domain) or NoScript.

Sounds good. :) By the way, will it be possible to use the Traffic Revenue sliding banner and this onclick popup on the same page? That would be over $8 CPM. :D

Yes, it will be possible, however fill rate of popunder might be slightly worse.
We'll see how it goes :)

It is nice if you launch the campaign yourself. Waiting for your service as now i am need real paid network. it is even better if you pay ur publisher by epass or lr.
