    Monitization is from Amazon Affiliates, so you will need to sign up for that if you aren't already. Very easy to get accepted. Adsense could easily be added as well if you like. There is also at least 1 Clickbank item that I have seen that you can add also. Commission Junction has many deals that would also work here. New site, so assume no income yet.

    The site is VERY easy to manage. Not totally automatic, but VERY low maintainence.

    The site is Baby Shower Diaper Cake. This a very popular new trend. Baby Shower Diaper Cake got 9,900 searches last month in the U.S., and gets about 8,100 global searches a month.

    This site is ranked on the first page of Google for: babyshowerdiapercake.

    The domain name is registered at GoDaddy, easy to push if you have an account there, or easily transferred wherever you would like. I will be glad to assist in the transfer of the site, and if you need a host, I can offer a few suggestions.

    Thanks for the question and the bid, the $25 bid is accepted....

    The content is not unique, there are 2 plugins that get items from Amazon and an article site.

    There is also another plugin that inserts links for keywords as well....
