    The domain history just shows that its 4 days (According to Whois created on 21.04.2010). Also there are no backlinks ! Have you done any SEO, link building or social bookmarking for this blog ? I would prefer to have all details before I go for this deal.

    The site is new. I wanted to do something with it, but won't have time now, hence the low price.

    The site is using a wordpress template.

    It's a great domain, good template, and if you put in the time, something good can be done.
