    You want to do the same thing as Digg has done?
    If yes, you need to promote the site extremely hard. I find very limited traffic there.

    it's waaaaay to slow, not even a custom theme? Try to use less banners. Good luck.

    I think you should look at the website its been blocked by google and mozilla because of pissing attacks.
