    Sorry I don't have a portfolio of phpBB skins, but I designed and coded www.SkumBucket.com for Gamescript, and I have done IPB skins before so I should have no problem with phpBB. Add me to MSN and I'll have a look at your design. ;) is my MSN. :)

    Edit: Oh and price and stuff will depend on the complexity of the design and time frame is usually from 1 day to 1 week. :)
