I think you could change your banner to make it more professional and also on the right side the words clash with the background.

I think that your site looks good. Well done. However, and bear in mind that I'm a newbie at this, but I was rather put off by the poor grammar and punctuation of the text. It might be worthwhile getting someone to proof your text for you? Even the name of the site "Hot Best Stuff" sounds a bit odd to me. "Best Hot Stuff" would be better IMHO.
