This happened a while back and then again today. The first time I thought it was a coincidence but now I think it was planned. So I run several classifeds sites, I offer paypal as an option to upgrade an advert to featured and a few other options. Earlier today I get 2 paypal disputes from the same person, for 2 upgrades that took place a month ago. It's just a service no goods shipped so I have no issue giving refunds. 14 mins after getting the disputes I get a phishing email telling me my accounts limited. I sent a message to paypal and got the usual canned reply. Just though I would give a heads up for anyone who might come across this ....
