what security is there that lenders will ever get their money back?

 

I just want to add some input into this before it is sold. I am not trying to jack your thread or trying to hurt your sale. But buyers do need to beware.

There is a site called prosper.com that does this exact same thing. It is pretty big now and is very successful.

With that being said.... there are a LOT of legal issues with something like this. I strongly encourage you to talk to a lawyer and setup the proper policy's, terms, procedures, etc. Before YOU get a massive lawsuit against you.

There are some very serious issues with a site like this. You can easily find that out by dealing with Prosper.
