    Hey,

so my account got limited i submitted all the information and everything was accepted, but i have a vcc and today i received an email: "Request for Additional Information on Case PP-***-***-***"

    "Dear **********,

Enter EU # for credit card ending xx96.

Please follow these simple steps to enter your Expanded Use Number on your
    PayPal account:

Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/

    Click the "Profile" tab.

Click the "Credit Cards" link in the "Financial Information" column.

Click the "Complete Expanded Use Enrollment" button.

Enter the 4-digit Expanded Use Number in the box provided. If there is more
than one credit card listed, you must choose the credit card by using the
    pull-down menu.

    Click "Submit."

After you successfully enter your Expanded Use Number, the Expanded Use Fee
will be credited to your PayPal account as a bonus. You will receive the
bonus in the amount and currency of the Expanded Use Fee in your PayPal
account within 24 hours of sending a payment from your PayPal account.

You can upload the information requested or fax it to us. To begin, visit
the Resolution Center and click Resolve under Steps to Remove
    Limitation.
If you are faxing information, you must use the cover page provided by
PayPal. The cover page contains information specific to you and using it
ensures that your documents are routed and handled in a timely manner. To
print the cover page, log into your account and click on the fax documents
link on the "Limited Account Access Details" page.

    Sincerely,
    Roberto
    PayPal Account Review Department"

and when i go to credit cards i can't see the "Expanded Use Number," what is that?

"The Expanded Use Number is a randomly generated 4-digit number that PayPal issues to account holders to further "secure" their transactions. When required, account holders must go through the Expanded Use enrollment process, after which they will get the EUN number after 3 to 4 business days, before they can do any transaction. "

I believe they charged your credit card on file a small amount. Check your statement and you should see the 4 digit # near the processor name.

if you removed the card you would be in the same boat trying to verify your account.

call customer support of where the vcc was issued. they will be able to see the 4 digit #

Just go to the Exp enroll program and you will find one section there where you have the choice to enter the EXP number ..

I think you have no choice but to follow what PayPal says as they don't listen to us.

The EU number will be on the paypal transaction in your bank statement. When you go to your paypal account and click on confirm credit card you will be asked for this number. Once you do that you will be able to use your account. Good luck :D

Hahah, yea, and we are talking about the EU number which is NOT on the back of any credit card, its on your Bank Statement when you look at the transaction from paypal.

Seems like you have lost your account unless the vcc company give you the 4 digit number but maybe its better for paypalers when people using vcc accounts are banned... less fraud.
