New Paypal Account validation Confusion

    If My old paypal had :

    Name on Bank Account : ABC Limited
    Name on Credit Card : Mr XYZ
    Address : 12, MG Road, MyCity - 999999
    Number on Card : 9999 9999 9999 9999

    Now, can I open and validate a new paypal account to business account with :

    Name on Bank Account : DEF Limited
    Name on Credit Card : Mr XYZ
    Address : 12, MG Road, MyCity - 999999
    Number on Card : 8888 8888 8888 8888

    Paypal allowed 2 paypal accounts per person (one personal account and another one premier/business account). So if you have old paypal account (personal) then you can open another paypal account (premier/business) using same name,address. And verify it through different CC as you have already.

    In my opinion, why not upgrade your personal paypal account to premier/business if you are going to use the same information.

    Your old paypal account is what status?
    premier or personal?
    If its personal,then you can setup another premier paypal account.
    And vise versa.

    For what reason ??

    Only due to that you want to open another account :confused: Why don't you remove limitations from that paypal account ?

    Then try adding funds to your limited PP account, and refund the buyers their money instep to get your account back ;)
