However if paypal gives you that nicely worded e-mail that basically says "We no longer want you as a customer", Then you can make a new one but it will get suspended to. You'll know if they don't want you as a customer -> Paypal account is limited with no steps to remove limitation.
Yes surely... you can. But opening an account in the same name again... poses a high risk of getting it suspended as well. Try to register again, preferably with another family member's name! Regards, RightMan
don't you think same IP will be a problem even when you create new account under your family member's name.
I don't think so that IP matters in this as what if members from one family (living together) want to maintain their seperate paypal accounts ? DON.
There is no limit on how many accounts that can be created on a single ip. The only limit that we have is the number of PayPal account that a user can have.
Legally you can create one personal and one primere/business account on your name. However you can create account on another name
