    I am selling my fairly new Paranormal Forum as i do not have time to fully run it. I am averaging around 30 unique visits a day, and it is only a few weeks old, currently no traffic from google, but i recently did a full SEO job on it, so it should start happening soon.

    the domain is registered at www.namecheap.com and expires in a little less than a years time.

    I've added up a custom banner, new and old icons, all of the forums are ready, i have advertised it in a number of places 10+.

    The forums have 262 posts and 19 members but this number will defiantly increase once we get some google traffic coming to the site.

    According to Yahoo Explorer it has 22 backlinks, but that will rise on the next update because i have been advertising lots.
