    I saw it on Lifehacker! It's a good idea, but it's quite a hassle to search. It needs default ordering options.

    Here is the payment schedule

    Payment for points is as follows

    25,000 = $100
    12,500 = $50
    6,500 = $25

    you get credited 25% of what your referrals earn as well which in the end is what makes you your money.

    Your payment is in the form of a Visa Gift card
