I think there's problem in the site: sharecash.org It's been a couple of times since I'm trying to register on that site.
There was a bug in the system for a bit. But at the same time, those users could have been outside US or not registered properly, etc. etc. You're unable to register? Send me a PM with some more specific info and I'll see if I can't help you out.
