New Page - Ad Won't Appear - Just Blank Space

In four years, I have never seen this.
Yesterday, a few hours ago, I put up a new page, just like many others of mine, and the AdSense ads won't appear!

Anyone else seeing this? Or it just me? I also redid and checked the code.

I will write to AdSense support later today if it still doesn't appear.
I gotta go to bed now.
    Cheers.

I think it's nothing to worry about, it is just adsense routine procedure. after uploading your pages, it takes some hours your pages to be crawled and ads show on. sometimes they appear instantly and some times no. so be patient ;)

if next day still you don't see any, post here your page address.

    Dear 'rameshacg' :)

I think that maintenance just affects your login and won't affect on your ad displays and as adsense blog has mentioned the earnings will still be tracked.

Well, when you create a new adsense block it may take upto 10-15 mins (mine took close to half-an-hour) to display ads. But otherwise for a new niche where googlebots are collecting data - it may take some time.

So was that a new ad block you created?

    Ha-ha.
I just got up, and the ad block is there.
I was concerned, because it never took more than 10 minutes before. This is the first time it has taken HOURS!

The ads are targeted to an entirely different page, but that is what I normally see. So, I am sure I will see targeted ads sometime later today.

Like R.SEO says, "Be patient". I don't know what I am worried about - it will take a week to 10 days before the page gets indexed anyway (usually). And then, a month or longer to get a decent ranking (usually). It is time for me to go and make another page.

you can get it indexed in 10 minutes. all you need to do is to submit it to the popular social bookmarking sites

I am kind of an introvert. I haven't done any "social" stuff. It all seems like a bunch of gabbing, schmoozing, and "look at me" kind of stuff. Not really my cup of tea. I'd rather just work.

Anyway, the targeting is "right-on" now, so I am happy.

I don't agree with you :) Yes... working on your hand is important but somethings can be involved to promote your site.

in this case 'sultanofseo' suggested it just for accelerating your index process ;)

i am happy too to see everything for you is ok now. ;)

    Good luck!
