New on the Wordpress Platform - Need Some Suggetions With Plugins Please

This is my first time with wordpress , the link for the blog ive been a blogspot blogger throughout.

Ive added the following plugins , Add Meta Tags 1.0, Adsense-Deluxe 0.8

Wondering what all plugins might be useful to me , also general wordpress tips are welcome.
