    hello,

I have been trying to get into affiliate marketing for a long time now. I previously owned an incentive based website, and did alright doing that for awhile. However I closed that down and wanted to start doing SEM and "mass email marketing". However I soon learned how extremley expensive it is to do. I see alot of these new adsense websites and although I know what adsense is, I have no idea how to get started with them.

if anyone here could offer me any type of advice that would be great. If I had $1000 to get started, what could I do?

    Hi Bjgolf,
You have to have a website before you can apply for adsense. Build a content keyword rich site and then go to https://www.google.com/adsense/ and apply for an account. You will have to wait a little while to be approved.
There are directions once you are there on how to place the code in your website. If you have any other questions don't be afraid to ask. I hope this helps.

    Lynn ;)
