The survey you have on every page is probably going to kill your site. You may want to check with a lawyer but I believe you are opening up yourself to copyright infringement lawsuits also. Just because the videos are displayed 3rd party you are still presenting them and in actuality partnering with them.

Take care of your onsite SEO and offsite SEO. It's just like clean your house inside (onsite SEO) first before going offsite SEO (link building).
