Buying New/Old/Abandoned Blogs with Unique Content ( < PR2 )

Dear sellers/blog builders,
As always, I am on the hunt for blogs .
If you have blogs to sell, whether it's new or old or even abandoned , send me the info + price.

However, these are some of the requirements , if you would pardon me :-
1. Traffic/Revenue/PR value are not important
2. NO .info ( plz pardon my preference in this )
3. Preferred to have 20posts or above, each posts should be >250words ( Come'on, no '1-line' post alrite ? )
4. No autoblog - Content to be unique.
5. No wallpaper/celeb/movie/warez blogs

Please note, don't bombard me with :-
1. 'potential earning' .
2. High Paying Keywords niche
... and so on. These 'words' are just useless in my eye .

Be Realistic with your price - If you think your blogs is of such good 'high-sky' price or have such great potential to make big money or so, then keep it . Pardon me over here.
