    Just to clear the issue, I was told that my bulletin would be posted within 14 hours of my last contact with the seller, which had passed without any hits so that's why I posted that I hadn't received anything.

    The seller has since clarified what has happened and I am happy to accept his explanation.

    I do believe though that as a buyer I have a right to leave feedback. :)
