    Yes, creating a business page in LinkedIn works. Well linkedIn is not about getting backlink its about creating your reputation among the eyes of the Authority. I think you'd know very well that LinkedIn approach is more towards professional network than facebook and other social media..... Keep connecting with the authoritative personnel and keep posting some thing interesting until you'll get noticed.....

    Well, some off page optimisation tactics may include link building and article submissions. Just remember to do white hat SEO as black hat SEO can be very negative and detrimental to your website.
